CADET LEGAL ADVISES BUYER IN THE ACQUISITION OF STAFFING AGENCY
(August 28, 2025) – Cadet Legal advised a private investor on his acquisition of a staffing agency in Central Florida. The deal was financed with a mixture of buyer’s equity and bank financing.
Founded 30 years ago by the owner-operator sellers, the Staffing Agency emerged as a leader in the staffing and recruitment industry in both public and private sectors.
The acquisition positions the investor to capitalize on strong demand for flexible staffing in Central Florida’s dynamic labor market, where agencies with established client relationships and scalable operations are well poised for growth.
Denzel R.B. Cadet, Esq., founder and Managing Member of Cadet Legal, led the team advising the buyer and was assisted by law clerk, Talha Wajeeh.
Elliot Holland and his team at Guardian Due Diligence also advised the buyer on financial and operational diligence.
Cadet Legal’s full-service corporate transactional team advises independent sponsors, single-check equity investors, and other asset managers throughout the entire investment lifecycle, from formation to fundraising to transaction execution, including acquisitions, majority and minority equity investments, ongoing portfolio company maintenance and financing, and exits.
Denzel Cadet in particular brings nearly a decade of experience representing private companies in complex commercial transactions across diverse industries. His expertise spans startup formations, venture capital financings, private equity transactions, and billion-dollar M&A deals.
The son of a Haitian immigrant father and a mother from West Philadelphia (born and raised), Denzel’s upbringing instilled a deep commitment to community and helping others achieve their goals.
